CSR means many things to us.
It is more than our charity work. It is integral to how we function on a day to day basis. It influences how we conduct our business relationships; how we operate financially; how we take decisions and how we interact with our clients.
We refresh our initiatives each year and always look to reflect our CSR values in the work that we do.
Our strategy focuses on three areas:
Society - how we integrate into both our local communities and those within which we operate
Operations - our daily business activities and their impact on the environment
Business - our financial decisions and our relationships with clients and suppliers.
CSR is embedded in our business values. We value our clients and always consider the community and environmental impact of the projects we undertake.
We are committed to delivering on our corporate responsibilities in our day to day operations. That does not change during leaner economic times: we have strengthened our policy and have exciting plans for the next year.
We believe that, by considering the wider social, environmental and economic impacts of what we do, we become a better business.
