Chris is a leading figure in the development of London and the City
He has been at the very heart of local government for nearly thirty years serving variously as the Deputy Leader of both Dorset and Hertfordshire County Councils, the Leader of the Opposition on Three Rivers District Council and more latterly as Chairman of the Planning and Transportation Committee of the Corporation of the City of London. He has also stood as a Parliamentary candidate and served at board level on the Local Government Association. He knows local government at the highest levels from the inside and serves as a non-executive director at Indigo.
“London is a world city. Like Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds it faces many challenges in a post Brexit future. Fascinating challenges and tremendous opportunities.”
Chris is focussed on positive change. He has a firm eye on the needs of London businesses and the urban environment that they require to flourish.
