Mark is a regeneration expert with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex, mixed-use schemes.
Mark first trained as an economist and has a Master’s in Public Affairs & Urban Planning from Princeton University. His extensive expertise in regeneration is augmented with frontline experience working for councils and local delivery bodies. He is equally skilled in across-the-board planning, as well as economic impact assessment and community engagement. He also leads our team on health impact assessment.
“Regeneration projects are, by their very nature, complex. They bring a wide range of challenges, multiple stakeholders and complicated land holdings. Collaboration, determination and patience lie at the heart of our success. Regeneration demands a long-term commitment as the benefits can take time to crystallise.”
Mark has a strong commercial focus and an in-depth understanding of what works well in practice.
