Sarah Wozencroft (maternity leave)
Sarah is a chartered town planner with over 12 years’ experience and a rich and varied portfolio of work. She can lead multi-disciplinary teams and has particular expertise in working with major landowners, developers and housebuilders and advising on a planning strategy to secure the best value for land and property. Recently, she has focused on the residential sector, however she is also experienced in Brownfield sites, regeneration, heritage, mixed-use redevelopment and environmental assessment. She is skilled in appearing at local and neighbourhood plan examinations, preparing written advocacy work for planning inquiries and undertaking the role of expert witness.
