We secured consent for the extension and conversion of this Grade II listed building, to provide 25 student housing units.
Situated within close proximity to university campuses, planning permission has not only increased the value of Clarendon House but has secured investment for its refurbishment and future maintenance.
Early discussions with the council and community provided an opportunity to address concerns and also influenced the final design, ensuring there were no objections to the application.
Consent was granted in 2014.
