We won approval for nine contemporary town houses on a constricted Brownfield site near Earl’s Court.

This small-scale, high-quality scheme transforms a sensitive infill site and responds to the need for larger, extended, family-sized houses in central London’s private rented sector.

We led extensive negotiations with the Council on issues relating to design, heritage and highways. To the fore were concerns about the lack of affordable housing provision and the relationship between the operation of a nearby hotel and the proposed development.

The application was approved in March 2014.
