We recently secured consent for Nexus, a £40m innovation and enterprise centre for the University of Leeds.

Nexus will provide a gateway to help businesses access the University’s world-class research and forms part of the University’s wider proposals for its Southern Campus.

One of the project’s planning challenges was its location, within the Woodhouse Lane-University Precinct Conservation Area and adjacent to the Grade II listed EC Stoner Building.

We continue to advise the University of Leeds on the further development of its campus.
