In April, we secured planning permission for Harrogate Town AFC proposals at the CNG Stadium on Wetherby Road.

The proposals include a new two-storey clubhouse, seated terraces, an office building, classrooms to be used as community facilities and a new, improved floodlighting solution. The club's recently-installed 3G playing pitch was also approved. The Club were promoted into the National League in May 2018 and the permission will help them expand and progress into the Football League, as the capacity of the ground will increase from 2,800 to 5,000.

The improvements will benefit the Club, its players and supporters and importantly will also benefit the extensive range of community groups and charities who regularly use the facility.

We worked closely with the club, the Council, design team and local community to secure this permission.
