Simon is a director (and executive chair), and a strategic thinker, working to make the best case in planning terms.

Simon, a chartered town planner with 37 years’ experience, has worked across a broad spectrum of work - from regional planning to sensitive, small-scale schemes - in Ireland, France and most parts of the UK. He can advise on: large-scale residential, retail, industrial and infrastructure projects; economic development; asset management; urban regeneration; commercial development and compulsory purchase. He also acts as an expert witness in inquiries and hearings (including in court).

“I’ve been privileged to work on a massive variety of projects over almost four decades. I’m keen to apply the experience in strategic thinking, analysis and the development and presentation of arguments about proposals and their intended and unintended impacts.”

Simon is actively involved in numerous organisations. He’s interested in the concepts of sustainable development and regeneration in urban and rural places, and has published papers on related topics.
