We are currently advising on a major, high-density, mixed-use project on one of the largest undeveloped strategic sites within the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The scheme proposes to redevelop a former gasworks building at Canal Way, Ladbroke Grove, to provide up to 3,500 new homes, a Crossrail station and a Sainsbury’s food store.
The development has no shortage of challenges, including a tight timetable, adjacent heritage assets, contaminated land and the need to relocate a grocery store operating on the premises.
The project is at pre-application stage.
